Step 1 Find the hotel you want to book. Press the book button and you will get to the booking form. Or skip the rest of these steps, and send us an e-mail at info@prahabooking.com.
Step 2 Fill out the booking form and then press the continue button.
Step 3 Check that the given informations are correct. Then press the order button.
Step 4 You will recieve an e-mail containing your booking number and the informations of the booking.
Step 5 Next we will contact the hotel, and within 1-2 working days you will recieve an e-mail confirming your hotel booking, if the hotel is available. If the hotel is not available, you will receive a suggestion for an alternative hotel matching you original request. In the same e-mail you will be asked to accomplish the payment of the booking.
Step 6 When the payment is registered by PrahaBooking, you will recieve an e-mail containing the hotel voucher.
